Our summer camp is just around the corner

🌿 Our summer camp is just around the corner - and the children are thrilled.

Today, we’d like to introduce a cousin duo whose journey reminds us why this camp matters so deeply.

“It’s hard to be a kid when life keeps asking you to be strong.”

 - Matviej, 14 years old

Matviej and his cousin Paulina found shelter from the war in Gdańsk, Poland.

He’s 14 - quiet, thoughtful, and passionate about math and football.

Paulina is just 10 - sensitive, gentle, and gifted with a deep artistic talent.

They’ve been through more than most adults.

War shattered their safe childhood world.

A new country brought new challenges - unfamiliar schools, language barriers, constant change.

And just recently, they faced the devastating loss of someone close to them.

That’s a heavy burden for such young shoulders.

Still, they keep going.

Still, they hope.

Thanks to your generous support Matviej and Paulina will join our therapeutic summer camp - a place designed for children who carry invisible scars.

A place where healing begins with joy, trust, and simple moments of peace.

Their older sister Ivanka, 20, is coming too - not as a camper, but as a volunteer. She reached out to us, wanting to give back, to help other children feel safe and seen. Her quiet courage moves us deeply.

💙 Thanks to you, this is possible.
